Everything arrives packaged in a rolling case, shipped by UPS for roughly $60 to $75 each way. Backdrops are not available on shipped events.

Loved snapXP at our 40th bday party/wedding! I don't know how we're going to have another party without renting a Selfie Stand! Who you are working with
snapXP is run by Ben and Emma. Ben founded the company and still has a hand in every event. Emma runs marketing and events, and she is often the one who has your photo booth set up before doors open.
When you email hello@snapXP.com, one of us answers. The same people who quote your event are the ones who show up for it.
Before you ask
A 25% retainer holds your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event. You can book online for weddings, parties and nonprofits, or send us a note if your event needs anything custom.
We will do everything we can to move with you. If the equipment is already booked on your new date, the retainer is kept and the agreement ends. Moving into the following year means that year's pricing applies. This is a plain language summary, not legal advice, and the agreement you sign is the final word.
Cancellations need to be in writing. If you cancel less than 30 days before the event and there is still a balance owed, the remaining service fee becomes due right away. Otherwise the event is refunded minus the retainer.

Access to power, and we bring a 10 foot extension cord with every rental. We recommend at least 10 feet by 10 feet of space for the photo experience so there is room for a group to pile in.
Yes, and it looks great outdoors. We do recommend cover, and outdoor setups are weather pending, since the equipment is not waterproof.
